Cooking Instructions
Ingredients Needed (for 100g Packet):

Chickpeas (soaked): 1 heaped cup / 250g

Onion (finely diced): 1 small / 100g

Cooking Oil/Ghee: ½ – 1 cup

Shan Chana Masala Mix: 3 leveled tablespoons (approx. 25g)
Steps:

Drain soaked chickpeas and add 8 cups of fresh water. Boil on low heat for 2–3 hours until soft.

Stir in Shan Chana Masala Mix, cover, and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes or until the chickpeas deepen in color.

In a separate pan, heat ghee or oil and fry the onions until golden.

Add the cooked chickpeas to the fried onions and stir-fry until oil separates and the curry thickens.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy with naan, puri, or steamed rice for a wholesome, flavorful meal.
