Return & Refund Policy

At Food N Cart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return Eligibility:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return requests must be submitted and approved via email before shipping items back.

• Items must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Defective or Damaged Items (DOA):
If your item arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement, subject to product availability. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product so we can assist you quickly.

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Unauthorized returns or those received after the 10-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
