Cooking Recipe
Ingredients (for 50g mix):

Minced Meat: 1 kg (finely ground to a smooth paste)

Onions: 300g (ground)

Plain Yogurt: 1½ cups / 300g (whipped)

Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp

Fresh Cilantro: 2 tbsp (chopped)

Oil / Ghee: 175–250g

Shan Kofta Mix: 1 packet
Cooking Steps:

In the minced meat, mix half of the ground onions, half of the yogurt, fresh coriander, and 2 tbsp of Shan Kofta Mix. Knead into a smooth mixture and shape into approximately 40 small round meatballs.

Heat oil or ghee and fry the remaining onion paste until golden.

Add garlic paste, the remaining yogurt, and the rest of the Shan Kofta Mix. Stir-fry for a few minutes.

Add 2–3 glasses of water and bring to a boil.

Gently add the prepared meatballs. Reduce heat and simmer for 20–30 minutes until the koftas are fully cooked and tender.
Note: Do not stir with a spoon after adding the meatballs to prevent breaking.
