Cooking Recipe
For 50g Packet
You Will Need:

Bone-in Meat: 1 kg (small portions)

Garlic Paste: 1–2 tbsp
-
Ginger Paste: 1–2 tbsp
-
Green Chilies: 10 medium (slit lengthwise)
-
Lemon Juice: 3–4 tbsp
-
Tomatoes: 6 medium / 500g (pureed and sieved)
-
Plain Yogurt: 2½ cups / 500g (whipped)
-
Cooking Oil: 1 cup / 175ml
-
Shan Achar Gosht Mix: 1 packet (mixed in ½ cup water)
Directions:

Mix 2 tbsp of Shan Achar Gosht Mix with lemon juice. Fill this mixture into the slit green chilies and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot. Add meat, garlic paste, ginger paste, yogurt, and the remaining Achar Gosht Mix. Stir-fry on high heat for 7–10 minutes.

Add 2–3 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat becomes tender.

Add the tomato puree. Stir-fry on high heat for another 5–6 minutes.

Gently place the stuffed green chilies on top of the curry. Cover and cook on low heat until oil separates from the gravy.

If preferred, skim off excess oil before serving.
Serving Tips:
Best served with naan, roti, or plain basmati rice.
Meat Tip:
Use shoulder or T-bone cuts for richer flavor and tenderness.
