Cooking Instructions
Ingredients Required (for 50g packet):

Chicken: 1 kg, boneless, cut into small cubes

Tomatoes: 1 kg (750g finely chopped, 250g cubed)

Onions: 2 medium / 200g, cut into 1-inch cubes

Green Capsicum: 2 medium / 100g, cut into 1-inch cubes

Green Chilies: 4 large, slit lengthwise

Cooking Oil: 3 tbsp to ½ cup

Shan Chicken Jalfrezi Mix: 1 packet
Steps to Cook:

Dissolve Shan Chicken Jalfrezi Mix in ½ cup water and marinate the chicken cubes for 30 minutes.

Boil the finely chopped tomatoes in 1 cup water until soft. Sieve to remove skin/seeds and keep the puree aside.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated chicken for about 5 minutes.

Add the prepared tomato puree, cover, and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Add cubed onions, capsicum, and slit green chilies. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Serve hot with boiled rice or noodles.
Tips for Best Results:

Rinse chicken in ½ cup water with 2 tbsp white vinegar before cooking.

For convenience, replace 750g tomatoes with 500g ready-made tomato puree or sauce.
