Cooking Recipe

For 50g Packet

You Will Need:

• Boneless Meat: 1 kg (cut into small cubes)

• Fried Onions: 3 tbsp (crushed)

• Ginger Paste: 2 tbsp

• Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp

• Plain Yogurt: ½ cup (whipped)

• Oil/Ghee: 3–4 tbsp

• Shan Bihari Kabab Mix: 1 packet

Instructions:

1. Mix Shan Bihari Kabab Mix with fried onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, and oil/ghee.

2. Apply this marinade evenly over the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight for best results.

3. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.

4. Grill on low heat, turning occasionally, until the kababs are fully cooked and browned on all sides.

   Tip: If the kababs tend to fall off the skewers, wrap kitchen-safe thread around them for support.

Serving Suggestion

Serve hot with tamarind chutney and onion rings soaked in cold water.

Additional Tips

• How to Fry Onions:
  Deep fry onions in hot oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper, let cool, then crush coarsely.

• For Chicken:
  You may use chicken with bones for enhanced flavor.

• For Fried Bihari Kababs:
  Use an additional 1 cup of ghee or butter.

  1. Follow steps 1–2 as above.

  2. Heat ghee/butter and fry the marinated meat on high heat until oil separates. Stir frequently.

  3. For a smoky flavor: Place a piece of red-hot coal in a small bowl inside the pot. Pour 1 tbsp of ghee on it and immediately cover the pot. Let it smoke for a few minutes, then remove the coal.
