Cooking Instructions
Classic Kheer (Serves 5–6)
Ingredients:

Fresh Milk: 1 liter

Method:

Add Shan Special Kheer Mix to milk.

Cook on medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring continuously.

Once the mixture thickens, remove from heat and let it cool.

Kheer Khaas (Rich Kheer)
Ingredients:

Fresh Milk: 2 liters
Method:

Boil milk on low heat for 2–3 hours, stirring regularly until reduced by half.

Lauki Kheer (Bottle Gourd Variation)
